Hi,

is it possible (and will you want to do it ;) ) to make closing confirmation as options (for both objects opened and 3DSimED itself) because working with a track might be not so annoying but with many car parts, you have to confirm all the time to close objects you don't want anymore  .

Thanks in advance.
Regards.

I will have a look at adding an option but I do not prompt for each object if you close 3DSimED with the the caption close button or the main button exit command and I would also add that when closing a single model the default button response is yes so you only need to hit the return key.

Cheers!

These .bin files are very different from the V8 .bin but I will try to look at them before the next version.

Cheers!

Hello Dave.

Any news about the .BIN update? May we hope you to give us a release date?

Thank you and good luck!

I have a few requests for the next version.

1 - Could you make it so that when exporting from gmax with the FSX SDK, the mesh-groups are rendered as objects and not materials?

2 - For making objects to be exported to 3DO, can you put an option that allows you to pick what detail levels the object is loaded at?

3 - Could you get 3D SimEd to load 3DO mesh-groups as individual objects instead of just one big mesh? Then when exporting multiple detail levels of a mesh, have 3D SimEd save the mesh-groups to one file with each mesh-group being able to have a different detail level to load at? And can put a special NR2003 specific settings area for 3DOs as well? Something similar to the display options for rFactor?
