Hello, I am trying to find a solution for the problem i am having about t1 decal t2 shader when I convert F1 2017 steering wheels to rFactor 2.

The problem is simple: t1 decal t2 shader just uses 2 t1 textures together. So... I think that if I could separate each channel into 2 different materials, then I would be able to assign t1 rF2 shader to each material and it would work.

Is this possible? Can I separate 1 material that has 2 channels into 2 materials with each channel?

I also tried with a rf2 shader called t1 add t2. This shadder adds most of the decal parts but it misses the black letters. I don't know if maybe I could make something to the texture in order to work with this shader?

I don't know, I am trying to find a solution.

Thanks.

This will work but you may get "Z-order fighting" perhaps this is what the Alpha Sort Offset is for?? (Material Edit window).

BTW, if a paint material has identical texture coordinates for Channel 0 & Channel 1 then all you need to do is combine the two texture maps and just set the shader to T1.

Cheers!
