NOTE: Older utilities and ICR1 and N1 programs located in the archives. Each program should have a text file on how to install it included in the zip. Refer to that for installation. This is another great utility, which allows offline racing leagues to have their members qualify against the computer, send in their times, then create a new qualifying order, based on the member's times. NOTE: We've removed this file at Sealsoft's request, due to the possibility of racers changing their qual order in offline leagues. We've gone through our files and removed all the fixes that are no longer current, and combined the ones that are.
